Q: How does this whole subscription thing work?
A: We make it super easy! Just sign up, and we'll ship you a box on the 5th of every month. You'll need to be subscribed by the first of the month to receive a box, otherwise, you'll receive your first box in the following month. So, let's say you subscribe on August 2nd, we will ship you your first box on September 5th.
You don’t have to remember to sign up each month. Your subscription will automatically renew. Feel free to email email@example.com if any additional clarification is needed!
Q: If I have a subscription, when will it renew?
A: Your subscription will renew and your credit card will be charged on the 15th of each month prior to shipment.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: $25/month for the 12 month subscripton. $29/month for the 6 month subscription. $33/month for the 3 month subscription.
Q: How are the boxes shipped?
A: All boxes are delivered to the shipping address you provide to us. We do not ship internationally at this time and all shipping costs are included in the purchase price.
Q: When will my box be shipped?
A: We ship all subscription boxes on the 5th of each month from California.
The cutoff for each month is the 1st, so if you started your subscription on, let's say, the 4th, then your first box would ship on the 5th of the next month. If your subscription started on the 29th of the month, then your first box will ship on the 5th of the next month as well.
You will be given a tracking number so that you can anticipate when your box will arrive.
Q: Can I return my box?
A: Boxes or individual box items cannot be returned or refunded, sorry. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any concerns about the contents of your box.
Q: What's in the Box?
A: While each month will be a surprise, there is a central Judaic focus. Each box contains craft materials, instructions, educational material about the Judaic theme, music, and more!
Q: What age is Shalom at Home for?
A: We recommend ages 4-10, but you know your child best!
Q: How do I cancel?
A: Cancellation can be completed by logging into your account or by contacting us. We are sorry to see you go but, we'll be right here if you need us again. If you cancel, please let us know why so we can improve!
Please note: If you cancel after midnight on the 1st of the month, your next box will still ship, but your subscription will not automatically renew the following month. Cancelling does not stop any scheduled shipments you may have, it will just cancel the auto-renew.
